Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
Rehi Fashion does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
In case of any Refunds approved by the Rehi Fashion, it’ll take 5-7 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Refund and Replacement Policy

We do not offer refunds once an order is placed and shipped.
In case of a wrong or damaged product received, we offer a replacement (as per the terms below).

Conditions for Replacement:
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers must share an unboxing video and clear images as proof.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Replacement NOT Applicable If:
❌ Minor color differences due to screen display variations ❌ Customer changed their mind or no longer wants the product ❌ Damage caused after delivery (misuse, accidental breakage, wear and tear, etc.)
3. COD Orders – Strict Guidelines
No return-to-origin (RTO) or exchange for COD orders unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Customers must verify their address and phone number before placing a COD order.
Repeated COD order cancellations may result in a ban on future COD purchases.
